Our Pursuit


   Throughout our lives, our experiences create an ever shifting reality. Our goal is to bring people together with a thoughtful and creative dining experience, that will challenge the norm and keep you wanting more. Delicious and nutritious food is our right as human beings. Although it is just sustenance to some, we have chosen to express ourselves through this medium to see what it can do for us and our spirit. Some of our findings have been good, others have been great. These delectable creations are what we have decided to pass on to you. Our constant tinkering and experimentation has taught us to produce a wide variety of goods and services that would suit any need; whether it be a dinner for that big day, 

a personal dinner for a few friends, some smaller bites for a larger crowd, or even some enticing vegan treats for that special someone. Ask and you shall receive.  We will work with our clientele to help them realize their ideal event and create memories that will last a lifetime.  In the most efficient and professional manner, we will provide affordable services while maintaining our sustainability and our profitability. Interacting with our guests to make them feel as comfortable as possible and establishing that deep connection is our utmost concern. We remain passionate and attentive at all times so that no part of your experience is overlooked, or forgotten.

Who We Are


   Chefs/Owners, Seth and Zachary Pacleb, found their passion for food and entertaining at a very young age. They grew up watching their grandmother cook tables of food for the family in Hawaii, which instilled them with a sense of compassion and selflessness in the kitchen. That love has been passed down through the generations and it is now their turn to pass that love onto you.

   The brothers are in constant pursuit of something more; more exciting, more inventive, more delicious. Inspired by travels abroad and time spent in what are arguably some of the best restaurants in the country, the brothers have honed their craft into what it is today.  They strive to understand both the complexity and simplicity of food, knowing that this balance is what makes it beautiful.

  Their interest lies not only in the culinary arts, but also in many other forms of artistic expression.  The desire to share these artistic creations and help others do the same is always present in their work and personal life.  The dream of a community and a space for all creative endeavors to come together and support one another drives the brothers in all their pursuits.

Lindsey Shepherd has been involved in the food industry in many different facets through catering, event planning, kitchen management, private consulting and operations. She joined the Brothers Pacleb in 2015 after it was obvious their passions aligned so well and is now the Co. in brothers&Co.

Being in the kitchen and around food has always been a part of Lindsey's life growing up, especially through helping her mom in the kitchen with her catering and bakery businesses. Growing up with that as a center taught her how food can bring people together in so many ways and is such a vital part of how we gather together and socialize.

Couldn't have done it without THEM...


   It takes a lot of work and a lot of support to get to where you want to get to in life. We wanted to dedicate this section of our site to those who have helped us grow over the past year and will hopefully be there in the future. Most of all, we thank our wonderful parents for putting so much time and energy in to raising us and allowing us to pursue our dreams. Their generosity and encouragement has made this whole project possible.

   We have some of the best family and friends that have also continued to spark our creativity with their curiosity and intrigue in our passions. We send big hugs and kisses to them as well. That creativity wouldn't be possible either without the Chefs that had the patience to deal with us as young cooks and teach us the fundamentals and vast repertoire of techniques that we use to this day. The great farmers and purveyors in this beautiful city also contribute a great deal to our success. We would have nothing to prepare if it were not for them. A very special thank you to you all.

   None of this at all would be possible without the blessings of our Mother Earth and the bounty that she provides us with here in the great Pacific Northwest. We extend our never ending gratitude to her and do our best to sustain her as we grow and work toward a better, brighter, and most importantly greener tomorrow!
